Sweet dreams – all our sleep articles in one place
Your ‘Discover more’ section has a range of articles linked to the skills your child is developing now – so you can always find the information you need. You’ve told us sometimes you’d like to understand what's coming next so we’re going to be sharing themed articles all in one place.
This time we’ve put together all our articles about sleep, from newborn night waking, through dropping naps, to nightmares and sweet dreams.
You want to know that everything you read is written by experts and backed by research. Our content is written by our child development team, who are experienced early years teachers and researchers.
We also have specialists who drop in to cover the topics they’re experts in, and share tips about tricky parts of the parenting journey.
One of these is Lauren from Little Sleep Stars who has written these articles about sleep:

These change as you master skills, always showing you articles linked to your child's active skills so you know what you're seeing is relevant to what they (and you) are learning now.
