MFFY Book of the Week
Tiddler, by Julia Donaldson
Tiddler is the story of a little fish who is having a big problem – he can’t stop telling tales! His tall tales land him in trouble with his teacher, and the other fish at school, especially when he is late every day.
Tiddler is known for making up tall tales on a daily basis, as well as being late for fish school. So, when he vanishes, his friends assume that he is going to return with another silly story – but this time, Tiddler finds himself on a wild adventure in and out of the sea, making friends with different fish and sea creatures that he has never met before.
This is another wonderful rhyming story from Julia Donaldson, with vibrant illustrations from Axel Scheffler. It is a must for any young children who are starting school or nursery, and especially for those who love all things underwater.
