As you follow your child’s journey through the app, you will find lots of tips about supporting them as they learn about behavioural expectations and making choices, and as they develop self-regulation. Sometimes it is helpful to remember we are learning and practising with them. You might have days when you feel calm and confident about supporting them and other days when you feel less sure. You may recognise that when you are tired, stressed or anxious, supporting your child is more difficult.
