Perfect podcasts for pregnancy

Written by Helen Bryce - Parent writer | Jan 11, 2023 10:57:28 AM

We absolutely love a good podcast and imagine you might too. They’re perfect for these later months of pregnancy when you might be too tired to pick up a book at the end of the day or you’re trying to stay active with a bump.

So, we asked our community and the team at My First Five Years HQ for their favourite podcasts around pregnancy and parenting. This not an exhaustive list (there are SO many to choose from) but hopefully this gives you a good start.

We’ve tried to use a variety of links, but most of these podcasts are available on lots of different devices and channels, so a quick search should help you find a way to listen.

Get your headphones in, and enjoy.
