Will your baby roll towards things that look interesting?

What you need 

• An object of interest, like a whisk or Christmas bauble 

What to do 

1. Place your baby on their tummy. 
2. Hold the object in their gaze and move it slowly to the side of the gaze as their eyes follow.  
3. Then bring the object down towards their elbow, but just out of reach. 
4. Notice if they begin to move their body by rolling towards the item. 
5. Give lots of praise when they do.
