What to do
- Do some simple warm-up exercises together.
- Start with high knees. Show your child how to lift their knees up in front of them as high as they can, one at a time.
- Then do donkey kicks. Show your child how to lift one foot and touch their bottom.
- Alternate these movements, adding music for even more fun and energy!
