Why not do a little workout warm-up together?

What to do 

  1. Do some simple warm-up exercises together. 
  2. Start with high knees. Show your child how to lift their knees up in front of them as high as they can, one at a time. 
  3. Then do donkey kicks. Show your child how to lift one foot and touch their bottom. 
  4. Alternate these movements, adding music for even more fun and energy! 

Good to know 

These movements can help your child to do a kickback jump in future as they learn how to move and bend their legs into different positions.
