Taking photos of favourite places – help your toddler remember where things are
What you need

What to do
When you next plan a trip to a favourite place, look at the photos of your toddler there.
Talk about what you see and plan what you might do.
Notice which photos your toddler is most excited about and say something like, “You had a great time on the swings, didn’t you? When we get to the park today, would you like to go back on the swings?”
When you arrive at the park, remind your toddler about the swings and say, “Come on, let’s go to the swings.”
Watch to see whether your toddler remembers where the swings are.
