Stream photos onto your TV – invite your baby to see who they know on screen

What you need 

• Access to the internet 

What to try 

• Choose a few photos of family members or friends to display on the TV.  
• While your baby is asleep, set up a photo.  
• When your baby has fully awakened and is alert, show them the picture on screen.  
• When you are furthest away from the TV, say something like, “I can see Aunty Erica on the television, let’s wave.”  

Good to know 

The distance at which your baby will recognise someone will increase as they grow and develop, and they will gradually start to work out who it is as they get closer to the screen.
