Songs that make you feel good – have a sing-along with your baby

What to try 

• Sing a favourite song to your baby and notice how they react. 
• If your baby’s eyes widen and they make some excited noises and wriggle, you know you have chosen a good song and a great time in their day.  
• If you see your baby try to join in by moving their arms or clenching their fists, mirror their sounds and movements.
