Song time – singing to your baby to encourage anticipation

What to try 

• Sing to and share songs with your baby throughout the day.  
• For example, sing an action song to your baby when they are playing on the floor. You can also make up your own actions to songs you know. 
• Watch as your baby looks at your actions and movements.  
• When you start singing, you might notice your baby move and wriggle with excitement.
