What to do

  1. When you’re preparing a snack, present your baby’s food in different containers.
  2. Put some of their snacks out as you normally do, then pop other bits in the clean recycling.
  3. Place some tools with their snack, such as a spoon.
  4. Sit with your baby while they investigate how to find and eat what’s in front of them.
