Singing time – use songs to practise varying volume and tone

What to try 

• Sing some songs with your toddler.  
• If you don’t know many songs, there are lots of playlists of children’s songs available or we’ve put the words to one we love below.  
• Sing quietly sometimes then increase the volume you sing at; your child will probably copy you.
