Rolling down a ramp – where will the car end up?

What you need 

• A toy car 
• A flattened cardboard box 
• Something to rest the flattened box on 

What to do 

1. Make a ramp using the flattened box. Use either a low surface or an object to rest it on. 
2. Roll the car down the ramp. 
3. Encourage your baby to work out where it will stop.  
4. Position yourself at the start of the ramp and roll the car down.  
5. Do this several times so that your baby can get an idea of where the car will stop.
