Ready, steady... tidy – who can put the most away?

What you need

• A selection of balls, beanbags and soft toys

• A bucket or container 

What to do

1. Pop the toys in the bucket.  
2. Explain to your toddler that you are going to have a tidy-up race. 
3. You’re going to start the game by tipping out the contents of the bucket. 
4. Once the items have been emptied, count down from three. 
5. Race to put as many toys back in the bucket as you both can.
