What to do
- Hide behind your hands, a cuddly toy or a bit of fabric.
- Peek out and say, “Peek-a-boo.”
- Respond to your baby’s wriggles, smiles and sounds.

Your baby may react with a smile, sound or wriggle – this is their way of having a conversation. However your baby reacts, respond with a smile to encourage more interaction.
