What to do
- Place your baby where they are comfortable and safe, and where they can see you.
- Slowly move out of their view.
- Wait until your baby makes a sound, then pop back into view.
- If your baby enjoys this, repeat the game. Slowly increase the amount of time you take to reappear, but always be back where they can see you before your baby gets upset.
Always ensure your baby is in a safe space and that you can see or hear your baby while playing this game.
