- Your favourite baby friendly playlist
What to do
- Lie your baby on the floor, somewhere comfortable and safe.
- Get down on the floor next to them and sing your favourite songs to them.
- Smile and respond enthusiastically to their wriggles.
- Your baby will watch your movements too, so have a dance yourself to encourage them to notice their hands and feet!
Good to know
Your baby won’t be dancing just yet, but playing some music or singing will encourage some extra wriggles during play time.
