• Large connecting blocks 

What to do 

• Show your toddler how to connect large blocks.  
• Ask them to help you. 
• Place one block resting on top of another.  
• Invite your toddler to put one hand on top of the block. 
• Encourage them to use their strength to click the blocks together securely.
