What you need
- A medium-sized ball, like a beach ball or a soft football
What to do
- Place the ball in a safe place on the floor.
- Sit your baby on the ball, holding them securely at all times.
- Gently bounce them up from the ball, providing enough time for your baby to bear weight on their feet.
- Gently place them back on the ball again and repeat this for as long as they are enjoying it.
