What you need 

• Colourful ribbons or a cat toy that dangles 

What to do 

1. While your baby is playing on the floor, hold the dangling objects above them for their eyes to follow.  
2. Encourage them to follow the movements by moving the toy slowly. 
3. Mix up your movements: take the object up and down, side to side, and round and round.
