Enjoy some face-to-face time with your baby during some downtime. Babies are naturally curious and like seeing what is going on around them. Chat with your baby when they are on your knees, looking at your face. While sitting with you, your baby will most likely move their arms and legs. Allow your baby time to explore you if they try to reach for your face, hair, or clothing.
