Bl, bah, nah, nun, nah, du, plop! – Make funny sounds for your baby to hear

What to try 

• When you are sitting with your baby, make different sounds with your voice and mouth.  
• If your baby responds, repeat that sound and mouth movement. Try to make your eyes wide and exaggerate the movements of your mouth.  
• You could create a variety of sounds, such as a kiss, saying things like “Ooohhhh,” rolling your tongue, or clicking and moving your tongue quickly along your top lip while making different sounds and pitches with your voice.
