Graphic Designer

My First Five Years is an exciting start-up company launching a parenting App, social media platform and community for parents of children under the age of five.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key and early recruit, you will have the opportunity to shape the face of My First Five years.
Combining flexible working with working from our offices in MediaCityUK, you will report to our Digital Marketing Manager and also work closely with our Co-founders Jennie Johnson MBE and Alistair Bryce-Clegg who have amassed over 50 years’ experience in the early years sector with which to draw upon in this new venture.

Leading up to the launch of our ‘best in class’ App in January 2022, you will be responsible for all aspects of graphic design, creating graphics that engage and resonate with our target clients across a wide range of online channels.
You will be working on a wide range of customer facing campaigns from marketing communications to social media and everything in between.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a graphic design role
• Experience creating assets for digital (social, web) and print (posters, brochures), keeping the target customer at the centre of all creative solutions
• Good working knowledge and skilled in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Skilled in motion graphics
• Experience in using HTML
• Experience in storyboarding
• Brand ambassador - making sure all creative is on brand, maintaining brand consistency throughout all work
• Understands user needs and accessibility needs
